1. License
AI Scanner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the documents you scan, edit, store, and share. You must ensure you have the legal right to digitize and distribute any document processed using the application.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Using the app for illegal activities.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the application.
- Using the application in a way that may disrupt its functionality.
4. Premium Features
Some features require a premium subscription. Purchases and subscription management are securely handled through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's policies.
5. Disclaimer
AI Scanner is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to deliver accurate document scanning and OCR results, we do not guarantee perfect performance under all conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Horizon Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use AI Scanner.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of AI Scanner after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
